1. Service

Operator can receive delegated tasks, plan work, reason over authorized business context, create internal tasks and notes, analyze CRM and revenue information, and prepare or execute permitted workflows. The Sales Agent can research public prospect information, enrich CRM leads, draft personalized outreach, show proposed actions, request approval, send approved Gmail messages, track response activity, prepare follow-ups and report results. Available specialist agents include Sales Agent, Marketing Agent, Analyst, Executive Assistant and Finance Assistant.

2. AI-generated work

Operator uses AI to interpret instructions, generate content, analyze information and plan work. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Users remain responsible for reviewing important outputs and business decisions. Operator is not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical or other professional advice.

3. Permission and approval controls

Operator uses a permission gateway. Safe or read-only actions may run automatically. Consequential external actions require owner approval before execution. Actions such as payments, transfers, purchases, destructive deletion and contract signing are blocked. Approval is not completion: an external action is only treated as completed after the relevant execution succeeds.

4. Connected services

The current Operator application lists Google Workspace (including Gmail and Google Calendar), Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Stripe, Calendly and Shopify as integration options. The currently implemented and verified external-action adapters are Google Gmail/Calendar and Slack. Google access is configured with per-user OAuth scopes for Gmail read access, Gmail sending and Calendar access. Slack access is configured with per-user OAuth scopes for channel reading and message sending. Other listed integrations should not be treated as operational until their corresponding adapters are implemented and verified. You authorize connected accounts through the applicable provider and are responsible for having authority to connect them.

5. Billing

Stripe is Operator's sole billing and entitlement provider. Current plans are Starter at US$29/month, Growth at US$79/month and Scale at US$199/month. Enterprise pricing is custom. Current monthly AI-action allowances are 500 for Starter, 2,500 for Growth and 10,000 for Scale. Workforce limits are 2, 4 and 7 total agents respectively. Plan features, taxes and any legally required consumer rights remain subject to the final checkout terms and applicable law.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions renew according to the plan and checkout terms. Cancellation, refunds, cooling-off rights, taxes and failed-payment handling remain subject to applicable law and the final policy approved for Operator.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Operator for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, fraud, abuse of connected providers, or actions you are not authorized to perform. Do not attempt to bypass Operator's permission, approval or blocked-action controls.

8. Customer data

Customers may provide business context, tasks, notes, CRM leads and deals, revenue information, approvals, activity information and connected-service data. Customers are responsible for having the authority and lawful basis required to provide and process information through Operator.

9. Security

Operator uses authenticated, user-scoped routes, server-side integration credentials and approval gates for consequential external actions. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Intellectual property

Operator and its licensors retain rights in the Operator software, interfaces, branding and underlying technology. Customers retain their rights in customer-provided data, subject to the rights necessary for Operator to provide the service.

11. Liability and disputes

The final limitation-of-liability, indemnity, governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions must be completed and approved by qualified counsel for the jurisdictions in which Operator operates.

12. Contracting party and contact

Operator is currently operated as a sole proprietorship / sole-trader business rather than a registered company. The individual owner is the contracting party and remains personally responsible for the business and its obligations, subject to applicable law.
