This Legal Center summarizes the current contractual, privacy and AI-safety framework for Operator — Your AI Workforce.
Service terms
Operator combines an AI Executive with specialist agents including Sales Agent, Marketing Agent, Analyst, Executive Assistant and Finance Assistant. The system can receive delegated work, reason over authorized business context, create internal tasks, analyze CRM/revenue information and prepare or execute permitted workflows. The Sales Agent can research public prospect information, enrich CRM leads, draft personalized outreach, request approval, send approved Gmail messages, track response activity, schedule follow-ups and report results.
Privacy
Operator may process account information, business context, tasks, CRM data, revenue information, approvals, activity/execution records, usage information and data from connected services. Google Workspace/Gmail/Calendar and Slack are configured for per-user access, with permissions granted by the account holder.
AI safety and approvals
Automatic: safe or read-only operations may execute automatically. Approval required: consequential external actions such as Gmail sends, Slack messages and Calendar creation/changes are prepared and routed for owner approval before execution. Blocked: payments, transfers, purchases, destructive deletion and contract signing are blocked by the current policy.
AI providers
Operator is configured to support Google Gemini, OpenAI and Anthropic Claude through Hatchable's managed AI gateway. Google Gemini is the currently verified provider in the production acceptance suite. Final privacy disclosures should be updated to match the providers actually processing customer information at launch.
Integrations
The current Operator application lists Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Stripe, Calendly and Shopify as integration options. The currently implemented and verified external-action adapters are Google Gmail/Calendar and Slack. Availability is plan-aware in the application UI, but an integration should not be described as operational until its corresponding adapter is implemented and verified. Individual users authorize their own connected accounts.
Billing
Stripe is the sole billing and entitlement provider. Current plans are Starter — US$29/month; Growth — US$79/month; Scale — US$199/month; Enterprise — custom pricing. Starter includes 2 total agents and 500 monthly AI actions; Growth includes 4 total agents and 2,500 monthly AI actions; Scale includes 7 total agents and 10,000 monthly AI actions.
Contracting structure
Operator is currently operated as a sole proprietorship / sole-trader business, not as a registered company. The individual owner is the contracting party unless and until the business is reorganized into a separate legal entity.

Legal completion items
The following remain for the business and qualified counsel: effective dates, governing law, dispute process, final liability and indemnity provisions, precise retention/deletion periods, subprocessors, AI-provider data-retention/training terms, international transfer details, Information Officer registration/status and jurisdiction-specific disclosures.
