EXTERNAL BETA TEST PLAN
Test the workforce, not just the UI.
This plan is designed for real business users. Spend about 20–30 minutes testing safe delegation, AI reasoning, approvals, CRM workflows and the audit trail.
Who should participate
Business owners, operators, founders, sales/operations staff, or professionals who regularly manage repetitive business work, leads, follow-ups, calendars, email or internal workflows. No technical background is required.
Test tasks
Delegate a business analysis task
Example: “Review my current pipeline and identify the three opportunities that need attention first.” Observe whether Operator understands the objective, creates a useful plan and returns a clear result.
Test business context
Add or review non-sensitive business context, then ask the Executive to use it. Check whether the result reflects the context without exposing another user's information.
Test a consequential action
Ask Operator to prepare an external send or other protected action. Do not use real customer secrets. Verify that the action becomes an approval request rather than executing immediately.
Reject an approval
Reject the pending action. Verify that it remains unexecuted and that the audit trail records the decision.
Explore sales operations
Review leads/deals or create test data if the workflow permits. Run the Sales Agent and inspect the resulting internal work and scoring.
Trace what happened
Use the activity/audit surfaces to determine what Operator planned, what it attempted, what required approval and what actually completed.
Feedback standard
For every problem, report: what you wanted, what you expected, what actually happened, where it happened, and how important the issue was. Use the private feedback form so the account and page context are captured automatically.
